FLAG FOOTBALL
- K-2 Flag: Kindergarden, Grades 1 and 2
- Advanced Flag: Grades 3 and 4
- Elite Flag: Grades 5, 6 and 7
TACKLE FOOTBALL
- C-Team: Grade 3
- B-Team: Grades 4 and 5
- A-Team: Grades 6 and 7
Grade as of September of the Current Fall Season
Flag Cheerleading: Kindergarten and Grade 1
C-Team: Grades 2 and 3

The following is required for ALL athletes:
- Rochester Youth Football and Cheerleading Document
- Picture
- Physical
- Proof of Grade
